LINX Wrestling
Join top middle and high school coaches as they work with our younger LINX members in this introduction to wrestling class!
LINX Wrestling classes are 50 minutes in length. Class includes basic instruction, light sparring, technique review, and simple matches.
This is a mixed age program available to children in 2nd through 5th grades. Our young athletes compete with other participants based on size, skill, etc.
Equipment Requirements
Please write child's name on all equipment!
- T-Shirt & Athletic Shorts
- Wrestling Shoes (or Sneakers)
- Mouth Guard (Colored)
- Water Bottle
